Cancelations 

**** Made to order and customized orders are non-refundable ****

Orders can not be canceled once they have been placed and your packing has begun. 

Once the order has been placed and paid for, you have 1 hour to make any changes to your item. After 1 Hour I do NOT accept any changes. 

Damages and issues

If the cup is received damaged, you will need to send pictures showing the damaged item as well as a picture of the box showing any damage via message within 48 hours of delivery. No exceptions will be made after that. You may be required to return the damaged cup with 3-4 days and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the damaged cup is received I will remake the cup at no additional charge.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can always contact me for any damaged items question. 

Please do not leave the cups in hot/too cold areas like outside, in cars etc. since it can affect the finish. As mentioned above, if the item gets damaged after it has been received, I can quote you a fee to fix it. You will be responsible for shipping. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

**** Made to order and customized orders are non-refundable. Once they have been paid, shipped, and received we are no longer responsible for the item. All personalized items are approved before they are started. This means it was something the customer (you) approved of before the process of making your order has started.**** 

 

Returns/Exchanges

Lilibelles Studio does not offer returns, exchanges or replacements since everything I make is personalized, customized and made to order. These are all handmade items. I try my best to make them 100% perfect but sometimes you may get an air bubble/fuzzy/stray glitter in epoxy/silicone products.

Silicone Molds

All Molds are made to order and are thoroughly inspected to ensure the highest quality products are produced with excellent standard for engraving/etching.

Silicone molds should not be heated with a heat gun/ lighter to avoid any damage that may affect the quality and duration of your mold. 

Acrylic Products.

Minor scratches/scuffs on acrylic items can occur to no fault of LilibellesStudio.

Acrylic processing time varies depending on the product ordered. Products have a processing time of anywhere between 3 business days - 21business days 

Silicone molds processing time may vary based on order volume or custom orders. Please expect an average processing time of 5-15 business days for order to be processed.
